Reserve your winter rental now and head into the season with dependable equipment that’s ready to work when the first storm hits. One machine, one rate, locked in for the whole season — no scrambling for a skid steer the morning after a storm.
Under 300 hours on the machine. Snow clearing and pushing only — no salt or de-icing material through the bucket. Delivery $150 flat round trip within about 25 miles. Daily, weekend, weekly and monthly rates also available if you don’t need the full season.
Compact Wheel Loader Winter Rentals
We’re considering adding compact wheel loaders to the winter program for snow pushing and stockpile work. If that’s a machine you’d put to work November through April, tell us now — demand from local contractors is what decides whether we bring them in for this season.

No Surprises on Your Bill
Every possible charge is listed here. If it’s not on this list, we won’t charge it.
Fuel
All equipment leaves full. Return it full and you pay nothing. If we refuel, it’s pump price for actual gallons plus a $25 service charge.
Cleaning
Normal field dust — no charge. Hardened concrete, packed mud, or pressure washing conditions start at $75/hr. We’ll tell you before we bill.
Extra Operating Hours
Included limits: 8 hrs/day, 40 hrs/week, 160 hrs/month. Hours over the limit billed at prorated daily rate. Check meter at pickup.
Late Return
Need more time? Call or text us first. Unauthorized late returns are 1.5× the daily rate per additional day.
Damage
You’re responsible from pickup to return. Do not attempt repairs — call us immediately. Assessed at return using the signed condition report.
Returned / Declined Payment
Any returned check or declined card results in a $35 fee. We keep a card on file to avoid this.
Sales Tax
Applied at checkout. Tax-exempt? Bring NY Form ST-119.1 at time of rental. No retroactive exemptions.
Delivery & Pickup
Flat $150 roundtrip within ~25 miles of Rochester. Longer distances quoted on request. Available for excavator, CTL, and tractor.
Cash Discount
Pay in full with cash at pickup and receive 5% off the base rental. Must be requested at booking. Base rate only.
Damage Waiver (Optional)
Covers accidental equipment damage during your rental. Does not cover theft, misuse, or negligence. Ask about pricing when you book.
Short-Term Rental Insurance
Most homeowner’s policies do not cover rented heavy equipment. Certificate of Insurance naming CreekStone as Additional Insured required. Min. $1M/occurrence.
Before You Rent
Have these three things ready and your pickup will take under five minutes.
Valid Photo ID
A current government-issued photo ID required for every rental. Name must match the rental agreement exactly. We keep a copy on file.
Proof of Insurance
Certificate of Insurance naming CreekStone Rents & Earthworks, LLC as Additional Insured required for all heavy equipment. Minimum $1M per occurrence.
Payment & Card on File
Pay online via our Swipe Simple link before pickup, or cash at the yard (5% discount). A valid credit card must remain on file for the duration of your rental.
Used Equipment for Sale
As we grow and refresh our fleet, we occasionally sell well-maintained units from our rental inventory. All equipment sold with a known history — we know exactly how many hours are on it, how it was serviced, and what it’s been used for.

CreekStone Rents & Earthworks, LLC is a construction and landscape equipment rental company based at 355 Stony Point Rd in Rochester, New York, serving Monroe and the surrounding counties.
I’ve spent my career on the commercial side of the equipment business, working with contractors, municipalities and government fleets on the same class of machines you see on this page. When you call CreekStone, you get the owner — not a counter clerk reading off a rate card.
That background is why the fleet is all John Deere, and why the conversation usually starts with what you’re trying to accomplish instead of what happens to be on the lot. If a compact track loader is the wrong tool for your job, I’ll say so and tell you what the right one is — even when that means a smaller invoice.
